Thanks to the help of their clients, Alighiere has raised over £70,000 for Refuge UK, making a tangible difference in the lives of women and children survivors of domestic abuse. With a commitment to sharing stories and fostering collaboration within the fashion industry, Alighieri strives to create a lasting impact on women’s empowerment. We sat down with Rosh to get her take on the importance of empowering female voices.

For me, growing up there was always an undertone that women perhaps could not achieve the same goals as men… I always felt strongly that there should be no limits, that a woman could be both creative and entrepreneurial. Whilst Alighieri is completely unisex, I have met so many powerful and incredible women on my journey – clients who have shared amazing stories of strength. I continue to be inspired by the sheer force of female energy.

Alighieri is all about unlocking stories through objects, we create a space for women to have a voice – to be able to be honest and open, which is not always easy to do out in the world, as a woman. We love to partner with inspiring women, from Katy Hessel and her podcast – “The Great Women Artists”, to amazing sound healers, chefs, dancers and beyond. Partnering with Refuge – the U.K’s largest charity in support of survivors of domestic abuse, has also been a really special way to amplify the voices of women.
