Rich in history, the house of Carven was founded by Madame Carven in 1945, there she pioneered the way for ready-to-wear as she shaped the brand with her spirit full of youthful, spontaneous joy. Building upon their shared values, Louise Trotter— current Creative Director of Carven since 2023— creates womenswear meant to be worn every day, classic silhouettes infused with sportswear comfort, where the lines are blurred between daywear and evening wear. Currently Trotter continues her restoration of the brand, slowly rebuilding it from a house to a much-loved home.
