Once users have earned enough LVR Points, they can request rewards that the LVR Privilege program has available.
Types of rewards:

Once requested, rewards cannot be changed or cancelled.

LVR COUPON

LVR Coupon can be used as a discount to make a future purchase.

LVR Privilege members will receive their LVR Coupon code by email, which will be valid only with their account for 3 months.

LVR Coupon PLUS can be redeemed once every 3 months.

To use LVR Coupon as a discount on a purchase, enter the code into the field ‘Gift Card/Store Credit’ at checkout and click ‘Apply’.

LVR Coupon can only be used on full-priced items. It cannot be used on discounted, promotional or pre-order items. LVR Coupon cannot be used with other LVR Coupon, Virtual Gift Card, Store Credit or other credits. All items from the following brands are excluded from the promotion: Gucci.

LVR Coupon can only be used once on a single purchase. If a return is made for a purchase where LVR Coupon was used LVR Points will be reaccredited. The amount of points reaccredited are directly proportionate to the original order and the number of items returned.

LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of any LVR Coupon and/or add exclusions.

Below are the amounts of LVR Coupon and a corresponding minimum order value, excluding shipping cost, for the use of each LVR Coupon. All values are relative to the invoice currency for the shipping country selected at the time the reward was requested: €/$/GBP/AUD. Once requested the currency cannot be changed. The amounts listed in the table may not all be currently available.

FREE SHIPPING

The reward “Free Shipping” can be obtained by using LVR Points.

After the request has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent.

The reward is valid for all shipping countries, but only for the default shipping method selected for shipment.

The reward is valid for 6 (six) months from the date requested.

Free shipping is applicable only on purchases made with the account from which the reward was requested. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this reward.

 

PRIVILEGE CARD

The reward “Privilege Card” is a percentage off discount valid on full-priced items, it can be obtained by using LVR Points.

LVR Privilege members will receive their exclusive Promo Code by email, and it will be valid for 6 (six) months from the date on which it was sent.

The “Privilege Card” percentage off is valid exclusively on full-priced items. All items from the Sneakers Club and the following brands are excluded from the promotion: Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Nike, Nike ACG, Nike Gyakusou Undercover Lab, Nike NSW, Nike QS, Nike Quickstrike, Nike Roundel London Underground, Nike Vision, Saint Laurent, Saint Laurent Paris, Loro Piana, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Stone Island, Stone Island Shadow Project, Valentino, Valentino Garavani, Red Valentino, Moncler, Moncler Genius, Moncler Grenoble. Other exclusions may apply.

To use the Privilege Card enter the code found in the confirmation email into the field ‘Promotional Code’ at checkout and click ‘Apply’.

LUXURY EXPERIENCES

Each reward found in the section Luxury Experiences is subject to specific terms and conditions that can be found on the description page of each experience, while available. For requested Luxury Experiences, this information can be found in the section “Your Rewards”. The following are terms and conditions that apply to all Luxury Experiences.

• Luxury Experiences are personal and non-transferable, they cannot be gifted to other people.
• After the voucher required to book the experience has been received, it is not possible to cancel the reward request and have the points reimbursed.
