Prices & Currency
Online published prices and invoices are quoted in Euro (€/EUR).
Standard shipping cost is € 16. Express shipping is available at the cost of € 29.
Item prices and shipping costs indicated on the website are those that are applied when the order is placed. In accordance with the applicable law in force (Legislative Decree No. 26/2023), all communications referencing price reductions indicate the lowest applicable price in the 30 (thirty) days prior to the price reduction being put into effect.
Pre-order Payment
On the website LUISAVIAROMA you can pay for pre-order items expected to be available for shipment in the coming months.
The expected shipment date indicated is the confirmed date provided to LUISIAVIAROMA by the supplier.
If using a credit card or PayPal, the full price will be deducted on the same day in which the order is placed.
If paying for a pre-order by Bank Wire Transfer, payment must be sent within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the order being placed.
LUISAVIAROMA shall not be held responsible for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of pre-order items caused by supplier production changes.
In the event that a pre-order item turns out to be unfulfillable, the amount paid will be refunded by using the original payment method.
Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.
The country of the delivery address entered in pre-orders may for no reason be changed.
Promo Codes
Customers who have received a promo code for LUISAVIAROMA either by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, may enter this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date and the time limit cannot be extended. Promo codes can be used in conjunction with store credit.
