Alighieri - Women

Alighieri is a jewelry collection created by Rosh Mahtani, and inspired by Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy. Rosh Mahtani studied French and Italian at Oxford University and, upon graduation, decided to create a line of accessories inspired by the literature she had studied. While working in e-commerce and fashion during the day, she dreamed of her collection and designed it by night, finally launching it in 2014. Each piece refers to one of Dante’s 100 poems and, just like his characters, is imperfect and battered - each piece tells a story and, just like a heirloom, will travel with you on your own adventures.
