Oxfam’s mentorship programs are focused on the advancement of women’s entrepreneurship projects in disadvantaged contexts.
These women emerge as influential figures in their communities, challenging societal norms and gender stereotypes to pursue their objectives. By imparting the knowledge they gain to other women, they create a ripple effect, catalyzing the transformation of aspirations into tangible actions.
Together, we can persist in providing a space for women, allowing their personal journeys to inspire others to commit themselves to making a positive impact on both others’ lives and their own. This encapsulates the essence of #women4women.

Beyond individual empowerment, the achievement of economic independence by women sets in motion positive ripple effects across communities, reinforcing our economic systems.
