Eligibility Requirements
Raffle participation is only granted to users who are subscribed to LUISAVIAROMA and are at least 18 years old as of the date of their first subscription to LUISAVIAROMA.

The Raffle
The Raffle offers the chance to purchase some items from LUISAVIAROMA, nonetheless it does not constitute a contract of sale. All purchases are governed by a separate agreement subject to the terms and conditions of LUISAVIAROMA.

Due to brand restrictions, Nike items are only available for purchase in the EU, UK or Switzerland. Participation in the Raffle and subsequent purchase of Nike products will only be possible with delivery in the EU, UK or Switzerland.

LUISAVIAROMA will hold a random draw to select winners from all applications for each available shoe size. The chance of being drawn depends on the number of applications received and the shoe size available.

The only accepted payment method is credit card.

When registering for the Raffle, and until the winners are drawn, the purchase amount will be blocked on the credit card as a pre-authorization (it will not be charged). After the draw, the winners will have the amount automatically deducted, resulting in an email confirming the charge. Non-winning users will, on the other hand, receive an information email and the pre-authorized amount will be automatically released to the credit card used according to the timing of the banking system.

Non-winners will be sent an email notification with a link to the RANDOM.ORG website, where they can enter their email address to check the outcome of the draw.

LUISAVIAROMA reserves the right to block and refuse sale to any participant of such promotion if LUISAVIAROMA discretionally deems that such participant has perpetrated an abuse during the Raffle i.e. by using programs or scripts to automate their entry or by completing actions that LUISAVIAROMA deems inappropriate.

Using bots or any other type of automatic programming to access the Sneakers Club is strictly forbidden.

LUISAVIAROMA reserves the right to temporarily or indefinitely block with immediate effect any user account found to be engaging in illicit or fraudulent activities, without prior notice. Likewise, LUISAVIAROMA reserves the right to immediately block an account without prior notice if abnormal activities are detected on the account, including through the use of BOTs or other tools that LVR deems may alter or affect the functionality of this website and its services.

In such cases blocking the account will result in cancellation of any accumulated LVR Privilege Program points and the cancellation of any existing orders.
