Born in a small studio in Setagaya, one of the main districts of the Japanese capital, Doublet is one of the liveliest brands on the Tokyo scene. Masayuki Ino was the first Japanese designer to win the LVMH Young Fashion Designers award in 2018. The young and talented creative takes inspiration from his childhood memories and from the hugely successful Japanese TV comedies he watched as a child, to create unmistakable collections with an infusion of pop culture for Doublet.
