Can’t concentrate at work or seem to get anything done? Maybe you just need a break to refresh your mind. Ever hear of the Pomodoro Technique? It’s a method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980’s that could change the way you work forever.
Pomodoro Technique:
1.Decide of the task to be done
2.Set the time for 25 minutes
3.Work on the task until the timer rings
4.Take a short 5 minute break and read a 5 minute menswear editorial (The Rules of Sophistication)
5.Repeat this ‘pomodoro cycle’ 4 times.
6.After repeating 4 times, take a 15-20 minute break
7.Repeat steps 1-6 until satisfied with the amount of work done
