LVR Index December 2020 for Men
With streetwear continuing to reign and a touch of casual playing a fundamental role in each wardrobe, it’s no surprise that Nike and Dsquared2 come in the first two positions in our LVR Index for men. Nike continues to expand, making 2021 plans to open over 30 storefronts worldwide. Dsquared2 unveiled their latest Spring Summer 2021 collections which featured an array of staples revisiting their classic tailoring with a slight touch of rebellious edge. Gucci snags the third position this month in the LVR Index for men after having a big year, despite being in the midst of a pandemic. News of the latest Gucci film have put the brand front and center, with the cast set to feature some of the biggest names in Hollywood. That news mixed with their ingenious marketing campaigns put them always at the top of our lists each month. At four is the brand everyone has their eyes on: Moncler. The news of Moncler and Stone Island, the number six brand this month, merging was big and now we can’t seem to keep our hands on staples from both brands. Inject your winter wardrobe with traditional puffer jackets and iconic accessories from the brands before it’s too late. In between the two Italian brands at number five is Alexander McQueen after the iconic South Korean k-pop group BTS was seen sporting ensembles of all things Alexander McQueen. After Stone Island in the sixth position in our LVR Index for men is Palm Angels at seven. The Milanese streetwear brand broke the internet with their communication of their newest collab ‘NBA 2K21’. Their original concepts in constantly-evolving street-inspired styles put them at the forefront of all of our wardrobes. Following closely behind them at number eight is Balenciaga after having just released their latest videogame experience. Number nine for men’s this month is Balmain. The brand has introduced a new way to showcase their Pre-Fall 2021 collections by displaying them through their store’s flagship windows. Finalizing our list of top men’s brands for the end of the year is Saint Laurent. The brand literally went big with their latest runway show streamed straight out of the desert.
