Getting started is easy–no need to create an account with Vestiaire Collective. Just upload a few photos and the details of your items with our easy-to-use online form. Plus, you can submit multiple items in a single request for added convenience.
2. Review
The Vestiaire Collective team will review your submissions and provide an initial price offer within 2 business days. The valuation is based on the resale potential of each item, considering factors such as brand, model, color, and condition.
3. Accept
You will have 14 days to accept or reject the initial offer. If you accept, Vestiaire Collective will conduct a final physical assessment of your items. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your items for review—whether you’re submitting one or several, they should be packed in the same box.
4. Enjoy
To thank you for participating in this circular fashion project, LUISAVIAROMA will add an additional 15% of the final price of your item(s) to your Gift Card, which you’ll receive within 4 business days.
