LuisaViaRoma and Nike have teamed up with the Italian artist Michela Natella to tell the story .
RE-IMAGINE THE REGENERATION
The regeneration is a process that defines a renewal and rebirth of the society and historical change in the culture and word. It represents time, it symbolizes life, eternal youth and purification. It is pop, is strong, is now and it’s female. It has its roots in the ancient traditional beauty care treatments in which you regenerate yourself, providing a proper regeneration of cells.
The 1s Reimagined are so pure and natural that you barely feel them on your feet, they are assimilated and not recognized by the body as an external element. The fish pedicure is proposed to create a strong symbolic ‘past-future’ contrast and represent the concept of regeneration and sterilization.
With this series of images, I have represented the muffled and clean face of the water immersion.This suspended underwater vision is the vision of the future, the cleaner fish cooperates with the human being at a new generation, at a social renewal, at a new form of fashion defined in the new 1s.
