LVR Index July 2021 for Men
We begin our Index for the month of July with Gucci. Leave it up to Alessandro Michele to keep bringing freshness and innovation to the storied House. This month, we’ve been loving the Gucci Baskets — ‘90s inspired high-tops in the most sumptuous color variations. We also cannot wait to have a further look at the latest Les Pommes collection — a mix of ready-to-wear and accessories featuring a playful and romantic apple heart motif.
Next up: luxury sportswear. If there is one brand that imbues the category with equal amounts of luxury design and innovation, it’s Moncler. Discover the latest key pieces, including jackets and down vests, designed for both sports and urban life.
Speaking of urban life. Looking for a comfortable shoe option this summer? Why not check out the New Balance’s latest sneaker drop (now in suede and mesh) or simply browse through the classics? Either way, you cannot go wrong with their timeless styles.
Craving a bit more edge? Once again, Amiri proves that rock’n’roll and fashion are a perfect match, by making another appearance in our Index. The L.A. brand creates luxury pieces with a rebellious spirit — don’t forget to check out their latest arrivals.
When it comes to streetwear, we cannot get over our fifth placement: Palm Angels. The Italian brand hits the spot with its L.A.- infused streetwear collections. Don’t forget to check out LVR’s exclusive collaboration with the brand featuring elevated streetwear essentials for every man. Moving on to number six: Moncler Genius. The “One house, different voices” motto is moving on strong as the brand continues to tap into the most important talents of the moment. This month, we’ve been admiring the latest drop featuring Fragments by Hiroshi Fujiwara.
Coming in at number seven: Dsquared2. One of our favorite twin duos, Dean and Dan Caten continues to serve must-have denim looks that we want to wear on repeat. This month, the spotlight falls onto their patchwork offerings across shirts and jeans.
Craving some action? Have a look at Nike, for looks that might inspire a more active take on life. Our favorite athleisure brand brilliantly mixes style with function across all of its categories.
For those looking to incorporate some je-ne-sais-quoi into their looks, have a look at Balenciaga. From oversized t-shirts and sweatshirts to tailored suits and coats, you can count on Balenciaga to make essential items unexpectedly alluring through cut, fit and material innovation.
We conclude our monthly index with a trip down to the lovely South of France. Yes, you guessed it: Jacquemus. What better way to spend summer than in printed shirts and stylish bucket hats designed in tan-enhancing palettes? We thank Simon for always bringing that sunny vibe to our wardrobes.
