LVR Index November 2020 for Women
Et voilà, it’s once again that time of the month when we collect the statistics and delve into what brands you’ve all been obsessing over this past month. Best part? It’s also the holiday season which means in combination with our LVR Holiday Gift Guide, you can take inspiration from the LVR Index to knock out your holiday check list in seconds. For November the brand that conquers the first slot for women is the iconic and quintessential label, Alexander Mcqueen. Recently the brand’s innovative Creative Director Sarah Burton spoke about how her company promotes growth and support by making the creative process within it a collective experience, meaning no one is told ‘no’ to sharing their ideas. Saint Laurent stays put in second position in our LVR Index for women after socialite Hailey Beiber celebrated her 24th birthday in a seductive and beautiful piece by the brand. At number three is the iconic logoless brand Bottega Veneta with their exclusive pre-orders for the up-n-coming season available only at LuisaViaRoma. Need stocking stuffer ideas? Easy. Look to their recent early release of the pouch bag that has the entire industry swooning. Balmain rightfully collects their title as the fourth brand for women this past November after debuting recent shoe drops, the sales of which the brand will donate 25% to the Aids community due to the recent pandemic. Valentino debuts into the LVR Index for November at number five after Pierpaolo Piccioli dives into the world of African culture, beauty and history to fully understand and learn about the culture he makes references to in his designs. Burberry slowly climbs its way up once again in our LVR Index releasing a recent campaign that Creative Director Riccardo Tisci describes as a campaign ‘inspired by youth’ and that ‘brings together a community of different talents and worlds as one’. Manolo Blahnik’s exquisite footwear designs and beautifully-placed shoe embellishments have taken over the seventh position, making them the perfect pair for holiday gifting. Closely behind the iconic footwear brand is Moncler, continuing to elevate their clothing with new collaborations and experimental takes on their iconic and technical ready-to-wear designs. Nike is right behind Moncler at ninth place as they continue to rise in all of our LVR Indexes thanks to their recent international sales growth and have-to-have Black Friday deals. Closing up our lineup for top ten women’s brands is Balenciaga. The brand just recently unleashed an innovative collaboration with Vibram, creating the new iconic shoe of the season: the toe heel.
