LVR Index September 2020 for Girls
Every little girl wants to be part of the Gucci gang, which is proved to be correct thanks to the brand jumping up three spots from last month to the number one position, knocking Moncler back to the second position. Both brands seem to be controlling our LVR Index for girls thanks to injecting the little one’s wardrobe with functional staples that also exhibit a high standard of style. At number three this month is Italian brand Moschino. Not only does Moschino continue to be the beloved brand infusing the little ones with adorable prints and getups, but they also surprise us as recently having debuted to Milan Fashion Week a new take on runway-ready: models replaced with marionettes. British heritage brand Burberry persists within our LVR Index at number four after having just introduced its first ‘social retail store’ in China. The store features 10 interactive rooms that can be activated using the famous WeChat application. Street-infused brand Dsquared2 still keeps us company in the middle position of our LVR Index as the brand continues to celebrate its 25 years within the industry by introducing an exclusive capsule collection. Closely by is the Florentine boutique brand Monnalisa, that seems to slowly climb the charts each month thanks to designing staples for girls that emphasizes quality over quantity. Givenchy snags the seventh position as the Creative Director Matthew Williams unveils new visuals that feature a voiceover by famous rapper Playboi Carti. Sustainable masters over at Stella McCartney Kids take their rightfully earned position at eight as they unleash their best collections yet, followed immediately by the beloved Italian brand, Dolce & Gabbana. Closing the LVR Index this month for girls is another Italian brand Versace. The brand’s recent runway show featured real women of all sizes, which is making them the brand of the moment within the luxury fashion world.
