LVR Index August 2020 for Boys
Burberry takeover: this month the heritage brand bumps everyone out of their slots and jumps into the number one position for boys. The brand’s constant evolution towards a more sustainable approach makes them the perfect go-to for the little ones. Number two on our LVR Index this month is Moncler jumping up two slots from last month after announcing their goals to practically double their share of online business within two years. Big brand stands for big goals. Gucci drops from the 1st slot to the 3rd for August, but the brand has its eyes set on something new: a Gucci film featuring some of Hollywood’s biggest stars out, including Miss Lady Gaga herself. Moschino jumps into the 4th spot, always taking fashion and elevating it to the next level with playful embellishments and fun prints. Dsquared2 takes the halfway slot in our LVR Index at five after shaking up the internet by announcing their second co-lab with OVO. Givenchy is 6th as their classic staples for the little ones continue to elevate wardrobes globally. Balmain reigns in the number seven spot after dressing Queen Bey, aka Beyonce, in her latest Disney + film ‘Black is King.’ The brand designs cutting-edge tailored looks for all, and we can’t get enough. Following the French Maison is the iconic Italian brand Dolce & Gabbana. Despite the economic impacts from COVID-19, Dolce & Gabbana continues to thrive in the market as they continue to be clientele and customer-focused. Versace takes 9th as the brand expands outside of our closets and into our living rooms with luxury home décor. Finalizing our LVR Index this month is of course the sustainable brand that continues to make an appearance each month in the Kids Index: Stella McCartney Kids.
