Editor's Notes
A development of the 1970s archival print, IRIDE meaning "iris" (eye), this design, characterized by multiple lines and concentric elliptical elements, depicts a fragmented vision. Seeking to bring poetry back into print, art director Camille Miceli, reintroduces the imperfect aspects of archival prints by adding elements of hand-drawn aesthetics to the designs.
