LVR Index June 2020 for Women
Burberry knocks out everyone this month and takes the number one spot as the brand introduces an LVR exclusive colorway of their new sustainable trench coat. Following the number one brand is Gucci after just introducing to its followers an innovative new phone application that allows you to virtually try on an array of iconic Gucci shoes. Nike rolls itself into the top three this month for Women as direct-to-consumer business and digital sales grow, while Balmain sneaks up into the fourth spot with bold shoulders and a Miami Vice attitude for their FW20/21 collection. Nothing says Balmain better than a collection of contrasting neon colors and 80’s inspired sihlouettes. Bottega Veneta comes in fifth position after they debuted their Fall/Winter wardrobes with striking sleek looks that are causing the entire fashion industry to stand up in their seats. The deepest colors of black and beautifully placed shades of turquoise have made this Bottega collection from Daniel Lee one of our favorites from them thus far. And let’s talk about FW20/21…one of the collections standing out from the rest is our number six brand this month Alexander McQueen. Leather detailing and bursts of caramel, Sarah Burton has done it well with the latest Alexander McQueen collection. Luxurious Valentino takes seventh place followed by Saint Laurent with their latest campaign featuring rockstar icon Lenny Kravitz. Dsquared2 proves to reign all of our lists as they stay strong in ninth position with over 25 years of exquisite designing. And last, but definitely not least, is the iconic French brand literally winning the hearts of us all, Jacquemus. Why do we love them so much? Just check out their latest model featuring the Creative Director’s grandmother: a brand definitely ahead of its time.
