The Rarity of the Rosa Portogallo Marble
Pink marble from Portugal is a unique natural stone of exceptional value and truly rare beauty. It is a particular type of fine-grained crystalline marble, which is quarried in Portugal. The quarries are found in the upper Alentejo, in the district between Lisbon and Madrid.
The Rosa Portugal marble is characterized by a delicate shade of pink which can vary with a touch of hazelnut or brown hues, each piece is unique as it depends on the extracting and finishing of the stone.
