Andreadamo - Women

Calabrian-born Andrea Adamo began his career as a fashion designer after studying at the fine arts academy of Bologna. He began with an internship at Les Copains, then worked alongside Elisabetta Franchi for 5 years before moving on to Roberto Cavalli where he developed his passion for formal and eveningwear. He then moved to Paris to work with Zuhair Murad before deciding to return to Italy to take up the post of head designer for celebrities and special projects at Dolce & Gabbana. A final stint at Ingie Paris was the last time he worked for another brand before founding his own label in 2020, as he found himself yearning to be able to express himself freely and without constraints. The designer uses atypical silhouettes and experiments with materials, figure-hugging shapes making some appear almost like a second skin on the wearer’s body.
