LVR Index October 2020 for Men
Moncler takeover. This month the Italian brand Moncler moves up into the first position for men as the company moves towards being 100% carbon neutral across all of its sites, including its storefronts and production processes. Closely following is street-infused Dsquared2 after opening up numerous storefronts across Europe, such as in Germany and Prague. Even in the midst of a pandemic, nothing stops this streetwear brand from evolving. Number three is a no-brainer: Nike. With an iconic following that has stemmed back to the hardwood floors of our favorite basketball stars, it’s no surprise Nike continues to stay at the top for men. At fourth is Gucci, omnipresent in our wardrobes and LVR Index. Burberry continues to reign as they move sustainability to its forefront. Their latest App made in partnership with IBM allows you to trace materials and products across the fashion supply chain. Amiri claims the sixth position in our monthly LVR Index for men after showcasing stunning designs on their latest Spring runway show, followed by Moncler Grenoble with sleek and innovative outerwear staples. Number eight is Stone Island after releasing its first book with Rizzoli, finally giving the world a sneak peek as to how the iconic brand came to be what it is today. Bottega Veneta comes in at ninth in our LVR Index with their iconic boot everyone seems to be wearing, followed by Balenciaga closing our list. The brand’s latest shoe-collab with Vibram literally has the entire industry talking up a storm.
