The Italian born, Korean superstar, talks fashion and travel while visiting LuisaViaRoma in Florence, Italy.
When it comes to Italian fashion…
My all-time favorite brand is Diesel. Besides that, I also love what Gucci has been doing lately. I am also a big fan of Tod’s and Bottega Veneta.
One key wardrobe piece…
A shirt is something you can wear anywhere and in any situation or cultural context. It does its job in almost any situation, wherever I go I always try to bring a casual shirt and a formal one.
What to wear in Korea Vs. What to wear in Italy…
In Korea, I always carry a man pouch bag. Lately, I just bought a very nice Fendi bag at the LuisaViaRoma store in Florence, and I love using it in Seoul. However when I’m in Italy, I don’t use it as much, probably because in Italy there’s still a negative stereotype about man bags.
Also, in Korea I often wear a t-shirt and a long cardigan, while in Italy I don’t really use long cardigans. On the other hand, whatever I wear in Italy I can also wear it in Korea, especially when in Seoul. Seoul it’s a very fashionable, open-minded city and most of the people recognize and love Italian style.
