LVR Index June 2020 for Men
The number one position this month in our LVR Index just got dominated once again by the twin duo Dsquared2 after introducing to the FW20/21 a historic celebratory collection in honor of their 25 years of designing: think oversized everything. Following these globetrotter trendsetters is our favorite streetwear master Nike, once again at number two. After recently receiving some setbacks from COVID-19, the company managed to stay strong within the market thanks to their recent digital investments, allowing them to further their growth in the fashion industry. Jumping from the seventh spot to our third spot this month is Burberry ran by Tisci. Burberry will soon debut their latest collection immersed in a backdrop of nature, taking things a bit more to the sustainability side. Following the British brand is Moncler after just introducing the Hiroshi Fujiwara’s 7 Moncler Genius collection making street-friendly adventure gear for the Fall/Winter runway. At five is Gucci staying strong with their ever-evolving brand image always geared towards diversity and self-love. Balmain stays at the sixth spot this month after showcasing to the world that 70s/80s glam is back, and neon-inspired Miami Vice vibes are all the rave this up-n-coming FW20/21. Palm Angels gets introduced to the LVR Index this month at number seven after just being recently featured on the new Netflix film Eurovision, showcasing some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Thom Browne collaborates with the tech company Samsung, putting them in eighth place this month, followed by Givenchy after appointing Matthew M. Williams as its new Creative Director. And ending our LVR Index this month is Stone Island introducing new garments in stylishly fresh and innovative designs.
