• HOW TO USE:
• DRY: Using an eyeshadow brush, tap off excess color on the back of the hand before applying to the eyelid.
• WET: Dip a synthetic eyeshadow brush into water and wipe off excess. Keep the brush flat and draw it across the palette 2-3 times to pick up the color. Desaturate on back of hand, then apply to eyelid.
